The cap has become synonymous with the style of the Peaky Blinders, Tommy Shelby’s working class roots are symbolised by his flat cap and Arthur is very rarely seen without his signatory tweed headwear. This recurrent look prompted us at Garrison Tailors to style our very own “Arthur” and “Thomas” Caps, – minus the razorblades that they so famously or infamously carried within them. Hats not for the purposes of costume but for the everyday fashion focused male, unafraid to appreciate and embrace a classic trend.
Garrison Tailors Peaky Blinders cap range features two different types of cap, in three different tweeds. The Arthur Baker Boy cap is a flat cap finished in the traditional herringbone Arthur Tweed, whilst the News Boy tweed cap comes in the charcoal grey Shelby Tweed and light grey Thomas Tweed. This cap is made up of 8 panels with a satin lining. All of our caps are embellished with the Garrison Tailors label in the centre of the inside.
The fabric used for our caps is 100% wool, Shetland plain and herringbone quality making them a cut above the high street offerings and every single one of our caps is made, with pride, in Britain. The caps are intricately hand finished by our tailors and will arrive at your door in their own, very special Garrison Tailors hat box.
